Simple, quick and easy breakfast! Kelloggโ€™s Cornflakes are Low FODMAP according to Monash University. I eat them at least 3 mornings per week with my trusty almond milk and they make my tummy feel calm ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿปย
