๐ด๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ This would never have been possible before discovering the Low FODMAP Diet. Not just because it was an issue being away from the toilet but also because of the lack of energy and feeling constantly ill. I feel really strong right now ๐ช๐ป but what gives me the biggest pleasure is doing an outdoor activity with my little man who cycled 84 miles in May and heโs only 10!
We have now achieved 3 months of medals and together we have cycled over 500 miles. I wouldn’t have thought it possible over a year ago, this is such a huge achievement for me despite living with IBS. Taking back control and managing my symptoms has been life changing.
