Garlic Bread sounds simple enough but on the Low FODMAP Diet it’s on the avoid list. However, all is not lost, I have fashioned a version of Garlic Bread that slides across to the allowed list of foods to enjoy.
Ingredients
- Schär White Ciabatta Rolls
- Garlic Infused olive oil
- Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
Method
- Cut the roll through the middle and open it out
- Drizzle the garlic infused olive oil over the ciabatta
- Sprinkle the parsley over the top
- Cook on the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes
