Low FODMAP Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread sounds simple enough but on the Low FODMAP Diet it’s on the avoid list. However, all is not lost, I have fashioned a version of Garlic Bread that slides across to the allowed list of foods to enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Schär White Ciabatta Rolls
  • Garlic Infused olive oil
  • Fresh Parsley (Chopped)

Method

  • Cut the roll through the middle and open it out
  • Drizzle the garlic infused olive oil over the ciabatta
  • Sprinkle the parsley over the top
  • Cook on the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes
